The Argentine Web site patincarrera.com announced in its pages that Wouter Hebbrecht, Belgian king of the sprint, will replace his fellow countryman Kwinten Tas to the World Games. The regulation authorizes the national federations to substitute an athlete to the other one. He will thus go in China, to Kaohsiung with Ferre Spruyt.
