The organizer of the 2017 FISE International Festival of Montpellier brought out the big modules to set up the skating slopestyle area this year! The renowned Place de l’Europe replaces the banks of the Lez and their damaged roads as the slopestyle spot. A huge launch ramp in the middle leads to an XL springboard, then to a funbox with a curved rail, and then to 3 modules at the skater’s choice. Behind stands a huge pyramid combined with a series of rails along the stairs, just next to bars and restaurants. Johan Berthonneau, who designed the course, made the most of the terrain’s profile and relief! We can’t wait for the FISE…
