Group A
Portugal takes the lead of the group without surprise. Despite its noteworthy resistance to Portugal during its last game, Angola is 3rd of the group, behind Switzerland with its two victories.
Portugal plays against Colombia for the quarter finals, which should only be a formality. The task is not going to be as easy for Switzerland who faces Spain!

Group B
The Spanish were the ultra-favorite team of Group B and wasn’t disappointing. They will probably reach the final, and face Portugal. They outrun Colombia who assert themselves more and more as the days go by. Germany and England remain at the rear of the pack.

Group D
After its irrevocable victory against France for its last game, Italy took the lead of Group D. It is now in a more favorable position for the final phases of the competition for which its first opponent will be Chile. It’s another kettle of fish for France against the formidable Team Argentina. All their talent and motivation will be needed for the French to go through to the next round.

The first semi-final game will probably gather Italy and Portugal. As for the second semi-final game, it may oppose Spain to Argentina or France. Logically, the final will be between Portugal and Spain. It all remains speculations, there may be surprises…
