CadoMotus and MPC apologize

Cadomotus and MPC apologize for wheels issues

Par alfathor

Numerous skaters knew serious problems with wheels MPC these last months such as broken core. The european distributor (CadoMotus) and the manufacturer (MPC) sent an official announcement to apologize…

This is an official announcement from CadoMotus and Mearthane Products Corp, regarding MPC’s quality management.

« Every day, chemists and scientists at Mearthane Product Corporation (MPC) are developing advanced urethane processing technologies and special-application formulations. Thanks to the patented MTECH technology that was developed in 1994, MPC set new standards to inline skating. Many, many World titles and records have been set on MPC wheels because of these high standards in research and development.

Being MPC’s distributor in Europe, CadoMotus finds it very important that MPC wheels quality remains first-rate. To improve the durability and reliability of the wheels, it is necessary to analyze the current wheel collection. Therefore we encourage CadoMotus’ customers that have experienced errors with MPC wheels, to return them to CadoMotus. Failure wheels will be replaced and send to Mearthane, in order to inspect and examine them.

We apologize if you are one of our customers that has experienced complications with MPC wheels, but emphasize that MPC will keep working on improving the World’s fastest speed skating wheels.

Please contact us via support@cadomotus.com, to receive more information about our return policy and procedure.

Sincerely,
