Italy is the new European champion of Rink Hockey in the U17 category. The finals in Gujan-Mestras, France, opposed the Squadra Azzurra to Spain. Italy imposed themselves 1 to 0 during the extra time. Portugal got the bronze in beating France 2 to 0. Switzerland won 5 to 3 against Andorre, thus finishing at the 5th place. Germany got the 7th place against England, while Austria ended up 9th after their victory against Israel.
