Encouraged by Precilia Verdier, the head of the Aggressive skating circuit at the French Federation of Roller Sports, the « Girls Tour » Project is on for a national tour with the top women of the discipline.

Follow throughout the year on 2-star events of the national French series:

  • Stéphanie Richer
  • Manon Derrien
  • Amandine Condroyer
  • Coralie Tan
  • Mathilde Monneron
  • Lisa-Mary Authie
  • Precilia Verdier

The objective of the tour is to meet with local aggressive skaters (boys and girls) during sessions and debates on girls’ practice of aggressive skating. The organizers of those events committed to sign a charter of commitment for the promotion of girls’ practice and offer prizes, prize money, communication and adapted categories.

According to Précilia Verdier

« It was important to set up a project that would gather the girls of aggressive skating. We are not that many in France and we deserve as much consideration as boys, by institutions and by organizers who are sometimes too permissive with our categories.
Girls are strong promotion conveyers for our discipline. Today we are lucky to be internationally represented by French girls who have persevered despite some demotivations.
Girls should be encouraged, no matter their level, instead of being constantly compared on their level or their built.
With this project, the French Federation intends to support diversity in skateparks and promote women’s sport. The long term goal would be to have girl ambassadors of our discipline.
Female skaters are invited to meet us on events to exchange on our pratice during sessions.
I would like to thank the president of our Freestyle Skating Commission, Rémi Du Peloux, who believed in that project. A big thanks to the skater girls for their implication and to everyone who supports us in one way or another. »
