In 1998, Rollerblade had launched a European promotional tour for the Coyote. With its 15 cm tire wheels, this skate model was the figurehead of the brand. RB had created a pro team « Rollerblade Downhill Team » which took part in the tour after having competed for the ESPN X-Games in San Diego, California… It was a time where there were still resources in the world of skating!
Dates of the 1997 Tour:
- July, 4 and 5: Cortina d’Ampezzo (Italy)
- July, 11 and 12: Arosa (Switzerland)
- July, 18 and 19: Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Germany)
- July, 24 to 26: Tignes (France)
